Registration Cancellation Policy:

Refund of Registration Fees will be made as follows:
• Up to 90 days prior to arrival-full refund less bank charges
• Up to 60 days prior to arrival-cancellation charge of €50
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival-no refund

A deposit of 50% of the total amount must accompany all requests for accommodation.

Full payment for hotel must be completed prior to your arrival. With your signature you authorize Paragon Conventions to charge your credit card for the balance of your account 4-6 weeks prior to your arrival for services ordered.

  • Cancellations/charges received up to 60 days prior to arrival- full refund less € 50 handling fee.
  • Cancellations/changes received between 60 to 45 days prior to arrival – 1-night cancellation charge.
  • Cancellation/charges received 45 days to 30 days prior to arrival- 2 night’s cancellation charge.
  • Less than 30 days prior to arrival – no refund.
  • Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Paragon Conventions.

In the event of non-arrival, the reservation will be automatically released, and full payment will be non-refundable. If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

AIFA procedure

According to Legislative Decree no. 219/06E, any Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) or pharmaceutical company responsible for the commercialization of a drug which organizes or helps to organize, whether by direct or indirect funding, in Italy or abroad, a congress, a convention or a meeting on topics in any way related to the use of medicines, shall notify the competent Unit of the Italian Medicines Agency (AIFA) at least 70 days prior to the beginning of the events, in order to ensure that these adhere to strict technical criteria and aim to provide further knowledge in the fields of chemistry, pharmaceutical technology, biochemistry, physiology, pathology and clinical medicine”.
In case that an International pharmaceutical Company without Marketing Authorization Holder in Italy, decides to invite not Italian doctors to an international conference taking place in our Country, without any kind of advertising of their own medicines and/or of their company logo, does not have to submit planning applications or any other communication to AIFA, as it is not subject to regulations of Title VIII – Advertisements to healthcare professionals, Legislative decree 219/06.

In compliance with the instructions given by the Legislative Order 219 of the 24th April 2006 – art. 124, to obtain the AIFA application documents, all sponsors/Pharmaceutical companies who plans to attend our congress are require to contact Alijet & Fargo International S.r.l. within 70 days from the beginning of the congress.
